An Italian recipe turning fresh zucchinis into a great appetiser. These İtalians really have a great taste. With the help of Parmesan cheese, seasonings and bread crumbs, an excellent dish for your get togethers.
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbs marjory
- 1 tbs basil
- 1 tbs tarragon
- 1 tsp chili
- ground black pepper to taste
- 3-4 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt to taste
Heat oven to 425 F. Line a tray with aluminium folio and oil well. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Add seasonings to the mixture. Cut zucchinis into finger-like sticks.
Dip zucchini sticks into beaten eggs, then press into bread crumb mixture, shaking off excess. Place the breaded zucchinis onto the folio lined tray, do not stack them.
Bake breaded zucchinis until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
